Poulton Hill - The North Wing is a stunning self catering escape with four interior-designed bedrooms and a large open-plan sitting/dining room, which is perfect for groups of friends.

From the moment you enter through the grand double gates you will see the beautiful, warm Cotswold stone buildings of Poulton Hill Estate at the end of the long drive. Passing the gently rolling hill covered in vines.

The self-catered accommodation is in a large, converted Cotswold stone barn (The North Wing). There is a huge open plan sitting/dining room/kitchen downstairs and upstairs there are four beautifully furnished super-king & king bedrooms, all with their own private shower/bathrooms.

Ground Floor

This is called The Long Room, which is a VERY large open plan living space with underfloor heating throughout whereby you have:
Kitchen: Fully fitted and well equipped kitchen
Living: 2 large sitting areas with sofas and chairs and 2 open fire places. Wall mounted flat screen TV, SKY & Sonos2
Dining: a large dining area with dining table and chairs for 12. Vaulted ceiling, masses of art and double doors leading out to the Cloister Garden/Courtyard which has a French fountain you can sit by.
Private Gym: leading off the dining area there is a separate private gym area with various equipment.

First FloorΒ 

Each bedroom has been individually designed and has its own unique features and personality. All the rooms have beautiful views across the estate.
Bedroom 1: Superking with bath in the bedroom. En-suite loo.
Bedroom 2: King with it's own shower room on the opposite side of the landing.
Bedroom 3: Superking with large en-suite wet room
Bedroom 4: King with and en-suite shower room
Open plan landing with sofa/easy chair seating, TV with SKY.

Outside


You have your own private Cloister Garden/Courtyard which has a French fountain. Outside table and chairs, parasol and Gas BBQ (summer months only)

The accommodation is self catering however we do supply tea, coffee, sugar, milk, salt and pepper.Β  Fully fitted kitchen with everything you need for a self catering holiday. We provide all the bathrooms with shower gel, shampoo, conditioner & a loo roll.

Poulton Hill - The North Wing is an ideal base for exploring the Cotswolds. It's close to the historic market town of Cirencester which has superb shops, restaurants and parks. Cheltenham, with its Georgian architecture, unique boutiques, theatre and fine dining, is just over half an hour away. We are also in the heart of the Cotswold Water Park, where the more energetic guests can go sailing, paddle-boarding, kayaking and canoeing or hire bikes to travel the green lanes and cycle paths that wind around the lakes.

Once back at the estate, guests can stroll around the beautiful gardens or, if you are feeling a little energetic, you can play a set or two on the all-weather tennis court or take advantage of the stunning walks right on the doorstep.Β  Or you can put your feet up in our relaxing sitting areas either upstairs to watch television or downstairs by the fire to read or play games.
